Do you have a nonprofit or local business? Or are you looking to start something? Come visit our available rooms while feeling reminiscent of your old school days. Our space has kept the classic school feel, while still allowing our tenants to turn their space into their own.

Affordable, rentable spaces for use in Southwest Colorado can be found at the ELHI. Starting or growing a business is hard enough, and we are here to provide an easy solution.

We have old school classrooms that have been converted into office spaces since our inception in 2015. We have had a wide range of renters and we would love to host your business site. Come meet with us and fill out an application to get started.

The ELHI is currently full for full time rentals, however, we do have some wonderful community spaces available to be rented for short term events (classes, workshops, meeting etc) and are willing to work with you on repeated rental arrangements. You can see more about our community spaces here.
